Easter Is Here.

Happy Easter to everyone out there. This week I have been busy doing my house blocks, I started them a while ago so I thought I would try and get them finished over the next few weeks. I have got quite alot to do , along with finishing my swap gift. So I'm going to be busy I think!









With it being Easter and having lots of friends around I thought I would do some baking with Lily, we managed to make Frosted Carrot Cupcakes with Bunnies and Carrots, Lemon Drizzle Cupcakes with a lemon curd centre, Mini Chocolate cakes with Butterscotch topping and Chocolate Crispy Nest cakes one of Lily's own specialities. I think we may have done a few too many though five dozen, hope everyone is hungry.

    Gosh, how busy you have been.....loving the look of those cupcakes Melanie :) Your houseblocks are amazing...you sew such straight lines...lol! I'm still working on my swap too...isn't it fun?

      Thanks Annie the cakes were lovely and didn't last very long. I am enjoying my swap project not sure what I'm gonna do after I have finished it! Another swap possibly.......

    I just love those house blocks. I want to make a "house quilt" someday. I love them.
